A Conversation with Walter Brueggeman, John McKnight, Peter Block and Howard Lawrence through Zoom

NewScoop is excited to host this conversation:

      • What is an abundant community?
      • What does it look like this side of Heaven (so to speak)?
      • How do we make it happen?

As important as the questions, are the guests with whom we will be speaking. We are pleased to bring together Water Brueggeman, John McKnight, Peter Block and Howard Lawrence, thought leaders and activists in supporting engaged citizens and strong neighbourhoods.  We are also excited to be joined by you

      • Neighbours who have a vision for a strong, connected neighbourhood
      • Community Developers of all kinds who are interested in place based, citizen driven initiatives
      • Clergy, staff and members of faith communities who desire to be an active part of their local neighbourhoods
      • Academics who are interested in how Old Testament Theology makes a difference at the Neighbourhood level.

Join us on January 16 at 11:00 am for a Zoomed conversation from your desk or office.  Zooming supports cloud video conferencing, simple online meetings, and cross platform group chat.  Login information will be forwarded prior to the event.

Registration is free and you are invited to donate what you can or become an individual or organizational member. Register below the list of stories .
